I got married on 4th June 2014 in Ibiza at Elixir Shore Club. The venue was amazing and we could not of picked a better place to get married. The host Vickki and her lovely team set up everything to how I planned and it really was the best day of our lives. At first I was apprehensive about getting married abroad but I cannot recommend it enough. The day was so relaxed and beautiful that I really will cherish it for the rest of my life. Our wedding ceremony was held looking over the beautiful Es Vedra & the Mediterranean, where we later dined and partied under the stars.
The food was amazing, we sipped pomegranate rose cava and ate a gorgeous selection of canapés such as goats cheese and caramelised onion tartlets, pea and mint bruschetta’s and teriyaki chicken skewers with peanut pesto. This was then followed by a delicious tapas breakfast which included warm crispy Jabugo chorizo bites, fresh orange, honey and rosemary glazed roasted new potatoes rump steak and stuffed Parma wrapped chicken breasts.
Our dessert was a beautifully styled dessert buffet which had an abundance of goodies such as dulce de leche & salted crunchy caramel mousse pots, lemon, lavender & demorara sugar bites, raspberry, rose water and white chocolate cheesecakes topped off with a scrumptious 2 Tier signature Vanilla & Raspberry wedding cake with white chocolate swirls (no-one went hungry!)
My day has motivated me to continue help, plan and inspire others weddings; we got engaged and married in just over a year and although it was stressful at times, I enjoyed every moment. All the hard work paid off on the day as I could not get enough compliments from our happy guests.
